Payment Options
We accept payment via any of the following options:
Paypal (Credit Card Payment Option - You do not need a Paypal account to use this option)
Offline Credit Card Payment - Credit Card payment will be processed offline, using our merchant facility.

Please Note: If choosing this payment method your order will not be sent until the cheque is received and presented, which could take a few extra business days.
Payment needs to be made within 5 days of placing the order. You will be notified when payment has been received.
Ordering Lingerie & Postage
If your order is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours, if not please allow up to 28 days. Usually our stock comes from our suppliers which can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. If a garment is placed on back order you will be notified in writing. Should you wish to know if an item is in stock prior to placing an order, please contact us. All items are shipped via Express Post within Australia to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. A flat rate of $9.00 is charged for postage for Australian customers (via Express Post), and $20.00 for International customers (via Airmail which includes insurance).
Exchange of Garments or Items
We will gladly EXCHANGE any items or garments provided that we are notified within 7 days of purchase by email prior to returning. All returns are to be approved by Unique Lingerie. Items must be returned to Unique Lingerie within 7 days of approval. Freight/postage cost on returns are to be paid by the customer. We will exchange provided that:
- The garment is not damaged, and is in the original undamaged packaging.
- The garment's swing tags and labels are still attached;
- The garment has not been worn (except to try on), soiled, laundered or dry-cleaned;
- The original receipt is returned with the garment.
We will do our best to exchange the item with the correct size in the same style, depending on stock availability. Should the stock be no longer available we will offer the customer another item (customer's choice) to the same value of the exchanged item.
**Please note: we do not offer refund or exchange on Stockings or Body Stockings.**
